Service Member Civil Relief Act (SCRA)
The Service Member Civil Relief Act (SCRA) provides benefits to active duty servicemembers and, in some cases, their dependents. Some of these benefits may include but is not limited to interest rate reductions, foreclosure protections, civil proceedings, and leases. In the case of loans, the loan must be originated prior to military service.
