Processes deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments using teller proof capture system; corrects misread items and balances/closes transaction batches; issues receipts after verification of amounts, signatures and/or balances.
Answers the phone and transfers calls appropriately; processes phone transactions.
Responsible for analyzing and making loans within First Neighbor’s quality and risk guidelines; ensures applicable lending policies and procedures are followed; promotes business by referring customers to appropriate First Neighbor staff and by maintaining superior customer service.
