It will be the duties and responsibilities of the Directors, Officers, and Staff of First Neighbor Bank, NA to direct, manage, and operate a profitable financial institution for the stockholders of the company in a safe and sound manner. It will also be their duty to operate the institution in such a way as to serve the trade area designated in the CRA statement and to promote good business and community relationships. The company will perform prudent practices in banking and other financial services, and will comply with all applicable regulatory requirements.
