Server Maintenance Announcement
First Neighbor Bank will perform extensive server maintenance beginning Friday, October 17th at 3:00 PM CT through Monday, October 20th at 10:00 AM CT. During this timeframe, some services will be limited or unavailable.
What Is Being Impacted During Maintenance
Personal Online Banking

Note: Service is expected to be restored early Saturday. Ancillary products such as Bill Pay and Zelle may be unavailable during the entire duration of the maintenance window.
Business Online Banking

LIMITS WILL BE REDUCED
during the maintenance period.
Statements
We will be issuing statements for all accounts as of Friday, October 17th, regardless of your usual statement date. We will resume regular statement production October 31st.
You may also experience brief interruptions as maintenance progresses.
After Maintenance Is Complete
Several important updates will take effect:
- Over-the-Counter transactions: cutoff moves from 3:00 PM CT to branch closing time
- Online/mobile transfers: cutoff moves from 3:00 PM CT to 6:00 PM CT
- Mobile Deposit: cutoff moves from 3:00 PM CT to 4:00 PM CT
- Remote Deposit Capture: cutoff moves from 3:30 PM CT to 4:00 PM CT
- Statements: appearance will be updated
- Statement cycles: accounts currently on the 14th cycle will move the 15th cycle
What You Should Do To Prepare For The Maintenance Window
- Complete important payments, transfers, and deposits before Friday, Oct 17th at 3:00 PM CT
- Be aware of reduced debit card limits during this time
