Full-Time Customer Service Representative – Supervisor
First Neighbor Bank is looking for experienced CSR Supervisors. The duties of the position include performing all customer service representative duties (processing transactions, opening new accounts, answering customer questions, etc.) as well as supervise, train and monitor CSRs in the branch. Strong communication skills, ability to problem solve and an eye for detail is a must.

 

Prior teller/new account experience is required. Prior bank supervisory experience is preferred.

 

Location – The branch location for these positions has yet to be determined; applicant must be willing to travel to and work in any of these locations: Toledo, Casey, Charleston, Neoga, Greenup, or Mattoon.

 

This full time position requires some Saturdays, offers competitive compensation and is benefit eligible. EOE

 

 

Full-Time Customer Service Representative/Teller – FIRST NEIGHBOR BANK – CHARLESTON, IL
Do you consider yourself outgoing with a pleasant personality? The position is responsible for greeting lobby and drive in customers, cash handling, and accurately processing banking transactions in a professional and courteous manner. Strong communication skills, ability to problem solve and an eye for detail is a must. Prior teller/new account experience is a plus. This full time position requires some Saturdays, offers competitive compensation and is benefit eligible. EOE
